Sometimes, you may just want to simply explore ideas with a professional to see what's possible....maybe you are thinking of remodeling your kitchen or bath and you would just like someone to come in, make some measurements and offer some suggestions.

All of our planning is done "In House" with AutoCAD drawings and floor plans. We usually start off with some simple plans or sketches and basic pricing which allows you to decide what will work for you! Once the basic ideas and pricing are in line with your thinking....we can move into more detailed drawings as needed for more complete pricing and specification. Finally, when everything looks good to you.... we complete the drawings for permits, subcontractors, etc.
Often, we send our clients floor plan variations through eMail (usually PDF format) which can speed up the process of exchanging ideas....and makes it easier for you to go over things with your partner without any pressure.
